This weekend we planted bulbs at “Cottage Fromage”. We were not too picky and bought late-season discounted bulbs at the garden center.

We were blown away by the just refurbished wood floors. These are real wood floor and not the thin imitation floors that are on the market today. There are no more cabinets in the kitchen. I hope I move into a house with kitchen cabinets! Still a few weeks to go. I am so worried because this whole moving adventure will stretch every penny I have. The common living expenses are the same however I must spring for the moving crew and be responsible for my apartment if I do not sublet in the next few weeks. I have posted my super duper riverside 4 1/2 on Facebook, Craigslist and Kijiji. Money is tight but karma is plentiful so I will accept all helping hands!

My therapy is ‘Your Money or Your Life‘ by Joe Dominguez & Vicki Robin. I am realizing that I can have my dream without being a millionaire. Working less and having time has made it possible for me to find my sensibly priced house and gather/fix most of my belongings for very little money. I think I am not that far away from figuring out how to afford life while still being able to make the contribution I want to make.
