I have prepared a list of my favorite tutorials from my archives at Flickr and my craft blog as I slowly renovate and update my craft posts.

Creating an inexpensive iPad case is as easy as 1,2,3. Trace your iPad on a used skirt made of beautiful material, sew, top stitch and voilà! As a bonus, your simple sleeve will even clean your iPad as you carry it in your bag!

Created from an African vest, this case is so easy to make. If you can encase your Netbook inside the vest than it will be large enough when sewn. You can trim the opening or leave it curved as is. Go ahead, Make a pencil case with the remaining fabric!

I created this project when I realized that I had no pant hemming skill whatsoever! While the bottom of my daughter’s pants curled because of the cotton thread, the bead detail on the pockets remained beautiful, even with frequent washing. This project is suitable for kid and adult pants alike. Go ahead, Bling your pants: all you nead is a hanful of beads!

These sweet hearts were made from Coca-Cola 12 packs and can be threaded with any twine or thread to create a variety of looks. I have used mine mostly as gift tags that can be hung on the tree. Make some hearts for your holiday tree or your valentine.
